Thank you for shopping with Devoze store. Below are the details regarding our shipping process within Pakistan.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays).

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message/email with tracking details.

During peak seasons or sales, processing times may be slightly delayed.


2. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship all across Pakistan.

We use reliable courier services such as:

  • Leopards Courier

  • TCS

  • M&P Courier

  • Postex

(Delivery partner may vary depending on your location.)


3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times:

  • Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, etc.): 2–4 working days

  • Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–7 working days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, courier delays, or public holidays.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping charges: 

  • Free shipping on orders above Rs. [500] (if applicable)

Shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout.


5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) all across Pakistan.

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the parcel.

  • Our team may contact you to confirm your order before dispatch.

  • Orders not confirmed via call/message may be cancelled.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email.

You can track your order through the courier company’s website.


7. Address & Contact Information

Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays due to incorrect address or phone number

  • Failed deliveries due to customer unavailability

8. Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order.

  • Share clear pictures of the damaged item and packaging.

We will investigate and offer a replacement or solution where applicable.


9. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before shipment.
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
